@manganzon23 At least you are honest, actually Miami runs a very clean program right now. I love what Shannon has done with the discipline, now they just have to bring home some titles. Kids 18-22 are going to make bad choices sometimes, I don’t care what school you are at. You can’t always blame the program fo a kid screwing up.

@knightguy11: We are all dirty. Miami, UF, FSU….all of us. I’m a Miami fan, but I don’t lie to myself thinking we are squeaky clean.
July 30th, 2010 at 7:48 am
@ChompTrax That would be a blast to go see.
July 30th, 2010 at 8:39 am
@getyoasshome I really should have. I’ll give the next $100,000 to UCF.
July 30th, 2010 at 9:09 am
@knightguy11 Phil Steele projected them to both play in the Orange Bowl this year. it would be a good game…but you know the Cane’s fans will buy up every ticket that they can get their hands on. but i agree…i’d like to see Jacory Harris vs. John Brantley…it would be a good match to say the least.
July 30th, 2010 at 9:23 am
you should have gave it to UCF….they can use it.
July 30th, 2010 at 10:19 am
@getyoasshome OK, I gave him the $100,000. What can I say. Urban OK’d it, LOL.
July 30th, 2010 at 10:37 am
did they win the Fatigue game?
July 30th, 2010 at 11:30 am
@getyoasshome I wish I had an extra $100,000 to give, lol. You are dreaming if you think Florida will get any sanctions. AS for Miami, I’ve been rooting for them for 30 years, of course I’ll continue to root for them. You are funny.
July 30th, 2010 at 12:29 pm
REALLY!!!!???? you must be the one that gave pouncey that 100k LOL!!! 3 years probation and no bowls for 2 years plus loss of scholarships is on the way…you wont be rooting for the canes so save it.
July 30th, 2010 at 1:23 pm
@getyoasshome Funny stuff. I’ll be rooting for the Canes. Florida runs a clean program as much as you wished they didn’t. Go Gators.
July 30th, 2010 at 2:06 pm
you’re right miami does run a clean program unlike florida…..they got caught paying players namely maurkice pouncey…an agent paid him 100,000 bucks LOL!!!! get ready to get reggie bushed….this is what you get for cheating and now lets see how much coverage florida gets. florida and south carolina is about to get bounced on their ass. you can comment on miami’s record the last couple years but i dont know if you noticed it but i moved on from the football field try to ketchup..
July 30th, 2010 at 2:52 pm
@getyoasshome You are all over the place buddy. It’s not a racial issue, I’m sorry. UM runs a clean program, why do you live in the past. Nobody cares all that much right now about the Canes because they have gone 28-23 over the last 4 seasons and they can’t win a bowl game. Lets see if UM can win an ACC championship. I would love that. Maybe we could see a UF/UM bowl game. I’m there!!
July 30th, 2010 at 2:53 pm
craig james was a part of a huge cheating scandal at SMU with…stop getting hung up on racist things? well i was at the miami/washington game in seattle (2000)….i went to see a football game but for some reason plenty white people came to be racist and spit at the football team….so am i hung up on the racial things? or are too many white people racist when they see a team like miami that is predominantly black and have a inner city culture about them…..ask yourself that.
July 30th, 2010 at 3:42 pm
do you not know what im talking about?…miami the FOOTBALL TEAM NOT THE CITY!!!!!! godddddammmmnnnn dont tell me you cant follow these post you have a degree right? jesus christ get it together. i just said a lot of schools got in trouble for cheating but we dont hear about them we hear about miami…we see craig james on TV every weekend and you dont see people calling him a thug or a cheater. people was talking about miami cheating waaaaay before the movie came out i know you’re not retarded.
July 30th, 2010 at 3:58 pm
@getyoasshome I guess Florida cheated 25 years ago right??? Miami is predomently white and hispanic. Only the football team is black, lol. Stop getting hung up on the racial thing. Large chip on shoulder. Bama got nailed for cheating, SMU, lots of schools. The reason people have been talking about Miami cheating is that negative 30 for 30. Miami seems proud of cheating. Not cool.
July 30th, 2010 at 4:20 pm
no chip just truth…its a sociological thing….it is what it is..what other team has been scrutinized like miami? florida has cheated, SC has cheated, OU has cheated all in the last 25 years but who do you hear about? and when i say power structure im not talking about football..im talking about the social status of some people in this country based on the color of their skin.
July 30th, 2010 at 4:25 pm
@getyoasshome Power structure??? You really have a chip on your shoulder. Everyone is not against Miami buddy. I swear.
July 30th, 2010 at 4:49 pm
of course you disagree LOL!!! i wouldnt expect you to agree with someone on the outside of the power structure.
July 30th, 2010 at 5:45 pm
@getyoasshome I completely diagree with you. Lighten up buddy. You are entitled to your opinion, its just not mine.
July 30th, 2010 at 6:20 pm
LOL!!!!! america could care less? what country do you live in? you really are clueless LOL!! oh wait let me guess…..racism doesnt exist in sports right? racism doesnt exist in america right? please…..everybody knew about miami and let it be known that miami didnt do anything that many other schools did on the field and on. for some reason nobody remembers the other schools just miami. miami in the 80s and 90s was the only team that was predominantly (90%) black and from the inner city.
July 30th, 2010 at 6:38 pm
last i checked were talking about a certain era…were talking about miami in the 80s and 90s.were not talking about today dude so stop acting clueless. uh if no one cared then why was there this thing called catholics vs. convicts? was miami players going to jail in 1988? i think not was there more catholics on ND’s roster than miami in 1988? NO! do you not know what coded language is in society? do some research. i say ketchup because apparently you are behind with what you’re talking about.
July 30th, 2010 at 6:51 pm
@getyoasshome I don’t think of hip hop anything when I think if the Canes football program. Sorry buddy. I love the Canes, but they are a football team to me and a University. Unfortunately the Canes are fairly irrelevant right now in college football. I sure hope they bring home an ACC title this year. I think they have the potential.
July 30th, 2010 at 7:01 pm
im talking about the team LOL!! c’mon now you’re a college grad im sure you knew what i was talking about…Atlanta didnt have a hip hop culture for the world to see with any of their sports teams…miami was the only one that did. lets stop clowning with this stuff you are responding with..YOU KNOW DAMN WELL WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT. what other college team had that kind of swagger or that kind of street culture in college sports? the only other one i can think of is the fab 5 and UNLV hoops.
July 30th, 2010 at 7:56 pm
@getyoasshome Miami didn’t personify the hip hop culture, LOL> When people think of Miami they think of Beaches. You are thinking of Atlanta. America couldn’t “deal” with it. Dude you are overthinking this. UM is a University not a “culture”. You are too funny.
