Mitchell is a bad mutha and will be a very good NFL player. I watched him at Highlands in High School and he was slobberknocking guys back then as well. My son just turned 14 and also trains at ASAP in Covington KY and does this same workout with Doug Monoghan. The strength training is awesome and the conditioning program is also very good. They push them hard and its 60 min of hell but the payoff is obviously worth it. Mitchell got drafted.

The way Mike push’s himself to the limit his limit is what every GREAT PRO football player does in the league. I truly believe that Mike will keep this up in the Pro’s. He will be a GREAT ASSET to the Oakland Raiders. GO RAIDERS & Kick Some Ass Mike.

40 yd dash dosent make u a great football player its the football TEAM not a 40yd dash TEAM of course it would help but u can run a 4.8 and be the best running back in the nfl or u can run a 5 flat and be the best fullback in the league or the best linebacker just work hard

love the small-muscle work btw. the shoulders, the GUNS look like they ready to take someone out. hope everybody stays healthy throughout the season….
please Al, give coach TC another year at least, no matter what happens. i can see playoffs as soon as next year if we can keep some continuity. and with the bonehead moves around us we could surprise and get our foot in the door this year.

I like what I’ve seen from him ,he works hard but the main thing I saw in his high lights beside lighting people up is he don’t give up on plays .I watched the clips of him coming from the far side of the field to make the tackles ,you can coach it but it don’t mean they will make the effort this kid does .I hope he has a great career .
